Primary Care Physician

At ChenMed, we're transforming healthcare for seniors and changing America's healthcare for the better. We're seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in our ambulatory healthcare centers.
- Conduct thorough medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic tests to identify and treat acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management and referrals to specialists as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinical rounds, conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to stay up-to-date on best practices and improve patient care.
- Current licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support is required.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is preferred, with the ability to achieve certification within 2 years.
- Must have a current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances.
- Prefer minimum of one (1) year clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting.
