Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from clients and deliver outstanding customer support.
  • Address customer questions regarding roofing and home exterior consultations.
  • Follow up on leads obtained through various marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate lead quality and maintain precise and comprehensive records of customer interactions and leads within the CRM system.
