Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $17.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance. After one year of service, you will be eligible for 5 paid vacation days, 3 paid sick days per year, and a 3% company match for your Simple IRA contributions.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of environments, interact with diverse clients, and develop new skills through our comprehensive training program.

  • Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards.
  • Communicate with clients and other team members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Complete a background check.
  • Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
  • Be available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8:30am to 5pm.
