We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Marcus Theatres. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of associates to achieve high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Create a welcoming environment for guests by anticipating their needs, exceeding expectations, and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional service.
- Food Quality and Safety: Monitor and ensure that food quality and safety standards are met, verifying temperature, appearance, and taste of products.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, reward, and coach associates to achieve high standards of quality and service.
- Operations Management: Execute systems and processes that keep the theatre running smoothly, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff development.
- Performance Evaluation: Evaluate key performance indicators to drive guest satisfaction and results, identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive traffic into the lounge and dining facilities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of previous food and beverage supervisor experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, and passion for coaching associates to provide exceptional guest service.
