Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Frontline Cashier Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Frontline Cashier Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional member service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging and greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process member purchases accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and checkout areas.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
