- Day Shift: Thursday to Saturday, alternating Sundays | 7am to 7pm
- Mid Shift: Monday to Friday | 12pm to 9pm
- Night Shift: Monday to Friday | 3:30pm to 12am

Role Description:
As an Electronic Component Inspector, you will be integral to the production process within a leading firm specializing in fiber optic networking products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting and processing semiconductor chips during the manufacturing phase.
- Setting up and operating various production machinery, including lapping and polishing tools.
- Recording and measuring process data in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Handling wafers with precision tools such as tweezers and microscopes.
- Conducting visual inspections to ensure product quality and identify defects.
- Maintaining thorough production logs and documentation throughout the manufacturing process.
- Collaborating with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
- Adhering to cleanroom protocols and safety regulations to ensure product integrity.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in a cleanroom environment, particularly in assembly or manufacturing, is preferred.
- Proficient in using microscopes and hand tools for handling small components.
- Ability to operate production equipment with precision.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to follow complex procedures.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and process documentation is advantageous.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling delicate components.
