Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) is seeking a highly experienced PMC Lead Engineer to provide oversight and guidance services to ADNOC for the Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) of a greenfield LNG production facility.

The scope of work involves reviewing contractor deliverables for compliance with specifications, ensuring technical integrity, and reviewing quantities to guarantee estimate accuracy.

This role requires a strong background in geotechnical engineering, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and approving contractor deliverables
  • Ensuring technical integrity and compliance with specifications
  • Reviewing quantities to ensure estimate accuracy
  • Managing technical specialists and engineering teams

This is a challenging opportunity to work on a large-scale project in the Middle East, with a strong focus on technical expertise and project management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry
