About the Role

As a Medical Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care on a Med/Surg Tele unit. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions between departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust care plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental goals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 18 months of recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing
  • Current Ohio RN licensure or compact state licensure
  • AHA BLS & ACLS certification
  • PALS and CHEMO certifications preferred but not required

Benefits and Compensation
