We seek an experienced Clinician III to support our mission at UMass Memorial Health.
About the JobThis role requires conducting thorough intake assessments and determining client eligibility for services.
Successful candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling, and have licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or be pursuing licensure in Massachusetts.
Main Responsibilities- Evaluate clients, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Engage in empathetic listening and provide supportive counseling to help clients achieve their goals.
- Create tailored treatment plans that address clients' specific needs and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Master's degree in a clinical field related to behavioral health.
- Licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or pursuit of licensure in Massachusetts.
- Minimum one year of experience in behavioral health or addiction is preferred.
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
