WINGS Program is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service in our resale stores.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sales and Merchandising: Sell, stock, and price store merchandise to meet sales targets and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Straighten racks, shelves, and other areas of the sales floor, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Donation Processing: Accept and sort donations in the donations center, and process donations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative duties, such as data entry, and maintain accurate records.

**Requirements:**

  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate a point-of-sale system, accurately handle cash and merchandise, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and volunteers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
  • Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends.
