Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop effective patient care plans.
  • Accurately document patient health information and progress throughout their stay.
  • Provide basic patient care, including wound care and dressing changes, ensuring a high level of comfort and dignity for patients.
  • Educate patients and families about ongoing care and treatments, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
Requirements
  • A valid LPN license in the United States is mandatory.
  • At least one year of nursing experience in a clinical setting is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Ongoing BLS certification is necessary.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is crucial.
