Paralegal Professional

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of civil litigation and business-related matters. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing Legal Documents: Create pleadings, affidavits, motions, orders, answers, briefs, memoranda, correspondence, and other documents as required.
- Investigating Facts: Research and gather information to determine causes of action and prepare cases accordingly.
- Meeting Deadlines: Calculate statutorily or court-imposed deadlines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Liaising with Parties: Act as a liaison between disputing parties and Court staff.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and writing skills, with a minimum of three years' experience in civil litigation and/or business-related matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to type 55 wpm are also essential.
