Special Education Instructor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to provide instruction and support to students with disabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with various disabilities and be able to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

  • Develop and implement IEPs for students with disabilities
  • Provide direct instruction and support to students with various disabilities
  • Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure student success
  • Use data to inform instruction and monitor student progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Valid Virginia teaching license in Special Education
  • Experience working with students with disabilities
  • Knowledge of evidence-based teaching strategies and interventions
