- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing curriculum, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and best practices.
- Student Evaluation and Assessment: Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure students meet program requirements.
- Professional Development: Stay current with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance teaching and clinical instruction.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with colleagues, students, and external partners to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Master's Degree in Nursing: Required, or in progress for clinical instructor.
- Significant Clinical Experience: Minimum of 2 years nursing practice as an RN, with significant experience in a clinical setting.
- Teaching Experience: 1-2 years prior teaching experience in higher education preferred.
- Commitment to Nursing Education: Evidence of commitment to nursing profession, with focus on nursing education.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional and confidential manner.
