Business Development Expertise
We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to lead growth initiatives for the U.S. Air Force, focusing on enhancing Leidos' impact on the Air Force's C4ISR mission. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new opportunities, understanding the technical landscape, and building outstanding business relationships.

Key Accountabilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to drive revenue growth and market share expansion;
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Leidos' strategic goals;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and technologies;
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior DOD officials and program stakeholders;
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business development strategies;

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience;
* At least 10 years of leadership experience in aerospace & defense, government services, or professional services related to business development and program capture;
* Proven success in leading and growing DoD services business;
* Experience in capturing opportunities over $100 million, including strategy and pricing development;
