We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Allwel. As a champion of change, you will provide individualized services to individuals with behavioral health diagnoses, empowering them to achieve their personal recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized recovery plans to address education, employment, and personal relationship goals
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and develop coping skills, promoting long-term recovery
  • Work closely with the Allwel team to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional patient care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships

  • A competitive hourly rate of $40.00
