Patient Care Advocate Needed
We are looking for a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team at Codeforce360 in Maine. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care services under the direction of the Unit Director.

**About the Role:**

You will work closely with the Clinical Leader/Charge Nurse or Staff RN to provide direct patient care, following established guidelines and protocols. Your expertise will help maintain a safe and respectful environment for patients and staff alike.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Perform patient care tasks as directed by the Unit Director and clinical leaders.
2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
3. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
4. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

**Benefits Package:**
• Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience
