Primary Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team at The Healing Center of Mass. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individualized treatment to clients struggling with substance abuse disorders.

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to address their unique needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help clients achieve sobriety and maintain long-term recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote healthy coping mechanisms and relapse prevention strategies.
• Document all clinical interactions and progress in a timely and accurate manner.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in substance abuse treatment or a related field.
• Knowledge of ASAM and other evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
