Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at Exeter Hospital. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of medical imaging procedures, including angiograms and cardiac catheterizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Position and immobilize patients on examining tables following established protocols.
  • Continuously assess patient hemodynamics and alert physicians to any changes.
  • Perform conscious sedation and mix and maintain IV/IC infusion and bolus.
  • Assist physicians in interventional procedures and recover patients to Phase I.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of current Cath Lab Tech experience.
  • ARRT (R), RCIS/CCI certification required.
  • Experience with Adolescent-Geriatric patients.
  • TEMP NH MIRT license in effect and possession of an out-of-state Imaging license.
  • NH Medical Imaging Radiation Therapy License required.
  • 2 separate supervisory references at submittal and 3 total required during onboarding.

Certification Requirements:

  • NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy.
  • ACLS (AHA).
  • ARRT.
  • BLS (AHA).

State License Requirements:

  • New Hampshire.

Additional License Requirements:

  • RCIS may be accepted in lieu of ARRT, however, no guarantees that the TEMP NH MIRT license can be issued using RCIS.

Work Schedule:

  • Weekend requirements: call schedule.
  • On-call requirements: minimum 10 +/- call shifts/month and every 3rd weekend.
