Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Reports Development Team Lead to join our team at Molina Healthcare.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience with SSRS report development and expert knowledge of SQL 2005/2008, SSIS or DTS experience.

This role involves creating CR's for new reports, automating recurring reports, data transformations, data imports, and data exports using Microsoft SQL Information Services (SSIS) and Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).

The successful candidate will also develop, implement, and maintain automation schedules and strategies for coordinating health plan automation efforts.

They will optimize SQL queries to improve efficiency and performance and develop and enforce standards for query runtime and efficiency.

This role requires strong knowledge of relational database concepts, client-server concepts, and impeccable relationship management skills.

We offer a competitive benefits and compensation package. The estimated annual salary for this position is $67,725 - $155,508.
