We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer III to join our engineering team at Marriott International, Inc. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to utilize their expertise in maintaining the hotel's facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and management to resolve maintenance issues. In addition, they will have a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations, including the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks.

  1. Assure each day's activities and problems that occur are communicated to the other shifts using approved communication programs and standards.
  2. Safely perform highly complex repairs of the physical property, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment, air conditioners, refrigeration and pool heaters.
  3. Use the Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work.
  4. Display advanced knowledge of all engineering computer programs related to preventative maintenance, energy management, and other systems.
