Preschool Teacher Assistant Floater

Position Summary
This role is an educational support position operating under the direct supervision of the Lead Teacher in a preschool setting. The primary responsibilities include aiding the Lead Teacher in the design, organization, and implementation of educational activities for a designated group of preschool-aged children, including those with special needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of instructional programs tailored to preschool children.
- Coordinate and oversee volunteers and other individuals involved in classroom and related activities.
- Engage in childcare responsibilities before and after standard classroom hours.
Essential Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with a preschool endorsement, or hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or be actively pursuing such qualifications. A current physical examination, TB screening or chest X-ray, background check, and drug test are mandatory prior to engaging with children. Bilingual skills are encouraged to be highlighted.
