About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our team at Giant Eagle. As a Sales Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests' needs are met and providing an exceptional shopping experience.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 0-6 months of retail experience.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
