Updog Dog Walking is a reputable and well-established local dog-walking company in Denver, CO. We have a strong focus on building lasting relationships with our clients while providing our furry friends with the exercise and attention they need. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients and staff while enjoying the companionship, exercise, and fresh air this job provides.

• This position requires a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, with availability to work a set number of hours per day.
• New hires typically start with 10 to 15 hours per week, with opportunities to add more hours based on client demand and employee performance.
• We provide our dog walkers with a small coverage area within our service area boundary to minimize travel time between walks.
• All dogs are met at their homes and walked within the surrounding area, with no group walking or dog transportation.
• New hires are W-2 employees covered under our business insurance, bonding, and worker's compensation insurance.
• This route may involve larger dogs who can be leash-reactive with other dogs, requiring staff to remain attentive and follow company safety protocols.
• Each client is required to schedule a minimum of three days per week, with new hires operating a consistent schedule of the same dogs.
• This job requires the ability to walk at a brisk pace for multiple hours a day and control dogs of all sizes in various weather conditions.

• Availability to work a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
• Driving to and from client appointments on a set schedule.
• Walking dogs for 15, 30, and 45 minutes at a time.
• Paying close attention to and following directions from clients and management.
• Regular communication with management throughout our hours of operation.
• Regular use and interaction with our dog walking software and app.

$20 - $24 / hour (estimated hourly wage)

• The position pays approximately $800 per month, with opportunities to grow based on availability, performance, and client demand.
• Starting employees are compensated at the rate of $10 (15 min), $15 (30 min), and $20 (45 min) per completed walk.
• Clients may provide gratuity based on performance.
• Quarterly bonuses are provided based on average daily work volume and tenure.
• Paid training, including CPR/First Aid certification.
• Parking reimbursements are provided as needed.
