Job Overview

The Multilingual Service Representative role at Penske Automotive Group requires a professional with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule service and/or sales appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with customers and dealership staff.
  • Answer and route calls, taking messages and transferring callers as needed, all while providing top-notch customer support.
  • Greet visitors to the dealership, announcing them or directing them to the relevant department or person, showcasing exceptional hospitality skills.
  • Offer general assistance to guests, enhancing their overall experience within our dealership.
  • Accurately record data in electronic and manual filing systems, maintaining organization and efficiency throughout the workday.
  • Foster a culture of punctuality and attendance by adhering to timekeeping standards and following company protocols.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, upholding the highest standards of integrity.
  • Stay informed about company policies and procedures, including non-disclosure agreements, and maintain a professional appearance consistent with company guidelines.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and supervisors, promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and keyboard skills of 50+ wpm.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, effectively handling standardized situations with minimal variables.
  • Showcase ability to interact well with diverse groups of people, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity.

Work Environment:

This role is primarily located in an office setting, featuring a comfortable temperature range with heating and air conditioning. The physical demands include light work, involving lifting no more than 20 pounds at a time and/or frequent lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
