Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Aide to join our team at National Youth Advocate Program. As a Case Aide, you will play a critical role in supporting the reunification of youth with their families and providing essential services to ensure their well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day tasks to ensure timely case management services are provided to youth.
  • Ensure youth are properly enrolled in internal intake systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with case managers and lead case managers to facilitate reunification efforts.
  • Provide two weekly telephonic contacts with family members and caregivers.
  • Facilitate incoming calls to youth and coordinate with legal service providers.
  • Transport clients to appointments and facilitate program services.
  • Assist with filing, closing, and maintaining records.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Four years of experience in a professional setting preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required.
  • Results-oriented with demonstrated experience in strategic thinking and innovation.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and good driving record required.
