We are seeking a skilled Nurse to provide patient care in our outpatient office setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with patients.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with physicians or specialists.
- Monitor patient symptoms and behavior, reporting any changes to medical professionals.
- Provide education on health maintenance and disease prevention to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in nursing or related medical fields.
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment is essential.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in New Jersey is mandatory.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
