About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team at Daniel Defense. As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in managing and growing our wholesale customer accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to ensure seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
