Responsibilities
  • Property Inspection: Accurately verify and record the physical description of real estate properties, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reporting: Submit regular reports to track progress against assigned work, providing timely and accurate updates.
  • Public Representation: Serve as a public-facing representative of the reassessment, maintaining professional communication and appearance at all times.
Requirements
  • Location: Located in or near Warren County, PA, with reliable transportation to and from working locations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional bending, stretching, and kneeling during property inspections.
  • Equipment Handling: Ability to climb stairs and carry 5-10 lbs. of equipment.
  • Weather Conditions: Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal communication skills to put at ease members of the public who ask questions regarding a property visit.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience: Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. Census, mail carrier, or delivery experience is also beneficial.
