Job Overview

WisHope Recovery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative oversight and program direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and administrative oversight and program direction, in collaboration with the management team.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, conduct intakes, and monitor individual, group, and family therapies.
  • Provide SUD and Mental Health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
  • Complete and maintain documentation according to federal and state guidelines.
  • Provide clinical direction and supervision to the clinical and administrative staff.
  • Monitor DHS licensing requirements and develop and maintain documentation.
  • Direct and assist clear communication with billing and insurance claims and referral sources.
  • Represent WisHope as part of the management team at training, meetings, and other community events.
Requirements
  • LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or CSAC licensure.
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
