Overview

AccentCare is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Home Health team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our Physical Therapists to implement care plans and communicate patient findings and changes to the Physical Therapist and physician.

Responsibilities
  • Implement care plans and communicate patient findings and changes to the Physical Therapist and physician
  • Educate patients and their families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety
Requirements
  • Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in state of agency operation
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
