Job Summary:

At Carlisle Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Rehab Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:
  • Current nursing license and at least 2 years of recent US nursing experience as a CNA, LPN, RN, or Tech.
  • Nursing License per state.
  • Stipends - Competitive GSA stipends for Housing and Meals.

  • ~ License reimbursement.
  • ~ Travel pay - 1st pay check.
