Warehouse Operations Specialist

TruFood Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in the RIDC Industrial Park. This role involves carrying out various warehouse functions while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Salary: $1000 HIRING BONUS + estimated $45,000 per year (based on local data)
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can maintain safe work practices, review production sheets, and load transport vehicles. The ideal candidate will have experience with MRP and RF scanner systems and be able to read and interpret pick-tickets.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational efficiency
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong mathematical, reading, comprehension, and mechanical aptitude
- Forklift experience or certification highly preferred
- Flexibility in shift scheduling
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Physical dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50lbs
