- Compliance Management
- Verify all documentation for joining crew members complies with international and local requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of personal crew information, including passport, visa, and medical details.
- Crew Logistics Coordination
- Arrange air transportation, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations for joining crew members.
- Manage crew readiness status in MAPS prior to deployment.
- Provide logistical support to ensure vessels are properly staffed according to scheduling plans.
- Liaise with Assignment Specialists regarding changes to readiness status or potential crew delays.
- Collaborate with travel teams to research and procure cost-effective travel options while maintaining compliance with established policies and regional visa restrictions.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and needs for crew members scheduled to join vessels.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- 0-1 year business/administrative experience necessary.
- Cruise line experience preferred, especially in staffing and handling large-scale international crew movement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) essential.
- Intermediate to advanced level English communication skills required.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and high-volume crew movement.
- Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
