  • Manage crew readiness status in MAPS prior to deployment.
Administrative Support
  • Provide logistical support to ensure vessels are properly staffed according to scheduling plans.
  • Liaise with Assignment Specialists regarding changes to readiness status or potential crew delays.
Travel Arrangements
  • Collaborate with travel teams to research and procure cost-effective travel options while maintaining compliance with established policies and regional visa restrictions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and needs for crew members scheduled to join vessels.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 0-1 year business/administrative experience necessary.
  • Cruise line experience preferred, especially in staffing and handling large-scale international crew movement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) essential.
  • Intermediate to advanced level English communication skills required.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and high-volume crew movement.
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
