Job Summary

The Club Server position is responsible for interacting with patrons by receiving, processing, and/or facilitating orders on Point of Sale (POS) devices. This role requires a positive and professional demeanor, strong verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Welcome patrons as they arrive and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Accept and process orders for patrons on Point of Sale (POS) devices.
  3. Relay orders to the kitchen in a timely manner and assemble orders for patrons.
  4. Assist patrons with carrying purchased items to tables as needed.
  5. Monitor and maintain proper product availability, including serving ware, condiments, and other guest requests.
  6. Adhere to basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  7. Report any equipment issues to management.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment
  • Densely populated on event days.
  • Loud noise level on event days.

Certifications
  • SERVESAFE certification.
  • TEAM certified.
