About the Role

Bright Achievements is a leading provider of in-home and center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team in delivering exceptional care to clients across New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive in-home client assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS, to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement functional behavior assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Create and manage individualized behavior intervention plans, ensuring effective and efficient treatment outcomes.
  • Train and supervise paraprofessionals and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services, promoting high-quality care and staff development.
  • Oversee the management and evaluation of assigned staff efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and effective addressing of behavioral excesses and deficits.
  • Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assessing performance and making adjustments as necessary to optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Provide ABA training and education to parents and caregivers, empowering them to support their loved ones effectively.
  • Manage electronic data regarding client progress using Rethink, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail-oriented documentation and interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary treatment teams.
  • 1+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum, with a strong understanding of ABA principles and practices.
