Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner.
  • Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards.
  • Collect, wash, sanitize, and restock glass and barware for repeated bartender use.
  • Efficiently re-stock bartender serving stations with liquor, ice, fruit, straws, and napkins as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and the surrounding environment.
  • Properly dispose of broken glassware.
  • Rotate and restock produce, beer, and wine in coolers and liquor rooms.
  • Ensure that inventory for drinks is full and well-stocked.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations.
  • Observe, instruct, and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
  • Assist with guest recovery and notify management to ensure positive guest experiences.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and fellow coworkers.
  • Perform opening, running, and closing department duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat, and sociable throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work varying days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Physical requirements include walking or standing for extended periods, lifting up to 15 lbs, and performing functions that require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing, and stocking up to 50 lbs.
