Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer Technician III to join our team at Aero Propulsion Support Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating, setting up, and programming CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain CNC machining centers and lathes, as well as other plant machinery and equipment.
  • Work from blueprints and job descriptions to produce parts with high precision and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement efficient machining processes and techniques to improve productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with production leads to ensure smooth production operations and achieve quality goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of production activities.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma and technical school certification with 3-5 years of experience in CNC machining.
  • Strong understanding of G and M code, as well as experience with CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam or Autodesk Inventor.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production leads and other team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with attention to detail and quality.
