Membership Requirements
Membership in the National Guard is mandatory for this position. The selected candidate will be required to don the military uniform. Acceptance of this role signifies agreement with these conditions as part of employment.

Military Considerations
It is essential that the military grade of the full-time supervisor meets or exceeds that of the personnel supervised to maintain a balanced workforce.

Experience and Qualifications
General Experience:
Applicants should possess experience, education, or training in various operations related to supply actions, demonstrating the ability to make informed decisions based on situational factors.

Specialized Experience:
At least 12 months of relevant experience is required, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of supply regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to this role. This includes:

  • Reconstructing records for complex supply transactions.
  • Providing support for specialized supply operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
