Reconstruction Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled Reconstruction Estimator to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Suburban Maryland/DC. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $75,000 - $95,000 per year, plus commission.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing scopes and estimates for reconstruction and emergency services on site. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting onsite inspections and generating scopes of work.
• Creating estimates within 24 hours of assignment using Xactimate or Symbility estimating software.
• Utilizing quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintaining excellent communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the process.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent customer service and communication abilities. A bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Xactimate/Symbility software.
