Grading Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grading Foreman to join our team at Walbec Group. As a Grading Foreman, you will be responsible for managing and supervising personnel on your crew, ensuring the safety of the public and maintaining regulatory and safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate reporting of materials, equipment, and hours of work
• Management and safety of personnel on your crew
• Ensuring regulatory and safety measures are maintained
• Checking line and grade
• Operating a variety of power equipment and machinery

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• CDL desired but not necessary for hire
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Topcon GPS experience preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in the construction trade
• 2-4 years of experience in a sub-foreman or leadership role
