Job Summary:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for receiving merchandise, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service in a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Stock shelves, counters, and tables with merchandise.
2. Set up promotional displays and arrange products to encourage sales.
3. Price merchandise accurately.
4. Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
5. Address customer inquiries regarding product location, pricing, and usage.
6. Engage with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
7. Package and bag merchandise for customers.
8. Calculate final bill amounts, including taxes.
9. Process payments and provide change.
10. Maintain accurate cash register records at the end of your shift.
11. Keep track of sales, prepare inventory, and reorder merchandise as needed.
12. Adhere to sanitation, ServSafe, and safety protocols.
13. Maintain a clean and safe work environment; perform duties safely.
14. Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
