About the Role:
This is a senior-level position that requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in consultative solution selling. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans to drive profitable revenue growth
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions
- Partner with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development using consultative solutions sales within the CX and BPO industries
- Proven track record in selling complex solutions at the executive level
- Deep understanding of the CX/Call Center industry and financial modeling in an outsourced environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
