The Corewell Health Medical Group is seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine physician to join our growing team at Kalamazoo Street Internal Medicine in Kentwood. The ideal candidate will be passionate about primary care and have a team-based approach to patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in an innovative, busy risk practice
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, social workers, and medical assistants
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- BE/BC Family/Internal Medicine certification
- LIC-Physician (MD) - State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-DEA Registration - State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required
