As a Dishroom Coordinator at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Your duties will include loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and containers are properly stored, and organizing the dish room. You will also be responsible for cleaning food preparation and production areas, as well as hauling kitchen trash. This is a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a clean and safe kitchen area
• Load, run, and unload dish machine
• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and containers are put away
• Organize the dish room
• Clean food preparation and production areas
• Haul kitchen trash

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
