At Schneider, we're seeking an experienced Tanker Truck Driver to join our team in Jesup, GA. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to haul liquid chemical freight and contribute to the safe transportation of bulk goods.

Overview

Schneider Tanker driving is all about hauling liquid chemical freight in tanker trailers. As a tanker truck driver with us, you'll have the chance to work on 2-3 loads per week, earning up to $1,390 weekly. Our drivers enjoy paid orientation, time off after 6 months, and holiday pay.

Job Description

We're looking for CDL-A holders who can live within 75 miles of Savannah, GA. You'll need to have tanker and HazMat endorsements required at the time of hire. Don't worry if you're unsure about your qualifications; our team is here to guide you through the process.

Compensation

As a tanker truck driver with Schneider, you can expect to earn:

  • Average pay: $1,140-$1,390 weekly
  • Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Weekly performance pay
  • Earn up to $0.03 more per mile by obtaining additional CDL certifications
