About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and energetic water and mold technician to join our team as a Disaster Recovery Technician.

The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of IICRC Standards, outstanding communication skills, and an intrinsic drive to grow the startup by delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers significant room for advancement and opportunities for future project management and supervisory positions through internal promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mitigation services and adhere to corporate standards
  • Communicate effectively with customers and management about job status
  • Document job status and create accurate estimates with minimal errors
  • Remove debris like drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged
  • Maintain clean, inventoried, and fully stocked technician truck, equipment, and tools
