Warehouse Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Sanitation Associate to join our team at Capstone Logistics. As a key member of our sanitation team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment in our warehouse facility.
Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment
- Operate pallet sorters and other equipment to efficiently sort and store inventory
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet customer expectations and maintain a safe work environment
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or sanitation environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
