Key Responsibilities


Utilize the client's tailored commercial cleaning checklist to execute all tasks to the standards set by Office Pride. Common responsibilities include:

  • Dusting furniture, equipment, partitions, walls, and more.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc., in restrooms, breakrooms, and/or kitchenettes.
  • Restocking supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas.
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and/or hand scrubbing floors using appropriate tools.
  • Disposing of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
  • Wiping down walls, woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.


Arrive at the designated work location on time, perform services to established standards, and ensure the client's facility is secured upon completion.

Clock in within 5 minutes prior to starting work and clock out within 5 minutes after completing work.

Address special requests from customers as needed and maintain accurate records of customer checklists and company documentation.


Adhere to all safety policies and procedures related to task performance, product usage, and incident reporting.

Detail-Oriented - Pays close attention to details at each customer's location, with special focus on unique requests.

Professional and Approachable - Capable of interacting with customers on-site during cleaning operations.

Collaborative Team Player - Works effectively within a team where members rely on each other to accomplish tasks.

Anticipatory - Foresees customer needs and promptly informs supervisors of expected changes for planning and scheduling purposes.

Compensation:
$9 per hour
