Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary of $90,000 per year, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and profit sharing based on clinic performance. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical insurance plans (HSA and PPO options), dental and vision insurance, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k) plan.

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Clinic Director of Physical Therapy for our Meridian, ID clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for orthopedics, service, and improving the quality of life in the communities we serve. As a leader, you will be responsible for enhancing company culture, analyzing KPIs, and developing Management Action Plans (MAPs). You will also lead, educate, and motivate staff, maintain excellent communication with all staff, and contribute to marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Currently a Licensed Physical Therapist treating patients in an outpatient setting while holding leadership responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in orthopedic assessment and treatment.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies for improvement.
